Why this site exists
The story behind Home, Somehow“Most home advice is either too vague to use or too technical to start. I wanted something in between.”
Hi, I’m Lorena. I started Home, Somehow after realizing how much of looking after a home is never really explained: which tasks matter, how often to do them, what order makes sense and when it is time to call a professional.
Moving home showed me that clearly. The first weeks in a new place bring dozens of small decisions at once, and most of the information online is scattered across forums, product pages and long lists that do not tell you where to begin. Many of the guides in the New Home section come from that experience.
The goal of this site is simple: to turn home care into short, realistic routines and step-by-step guides, so you spend less time searching and more time actually enjoying your home.
